RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

BattleFitted Returns Policy

At BattleFitted, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully happy with your order, we offer a simple and straightforward return policy.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Final sale items, including clearance or promotional items, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

    2.Shipping Your Return: After receiving your return authorization, securely pack your item(s) and include a copy of           your order confirmation. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

     3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or                   incorrect.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
